OA welcomes you to an Abstinence Workshop
Abstinence and a Plan of Eating
Sunday, October 1, 2017
1:00-4:30pm. Check in begins at 12:30pm.
This workshop is open to all who struggle with food. Newcomers welcome!
- Understand how abstinence differs from a plan of eating.
- Learn why abstinence is the most important thing without exception.
- Listen as those with long term abstinence share their experience, strength and hope.
- Enjoy fun and fellowship, while deepening your understanding of the difference between dieting and abstinence.
Suggested donation of $5. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Note: Conference Rooms C & D are on the 3rd floor of the main hospital building, near the cafeteria, across from the healing garden. (FYI, the skybridge from the parking garage level 4 takes you directly into the 2nd floor of the hospital, just one below the workshop on the 3rd floor.)
